A limited-time Holiday Event has begun!
If you fulfill requests for animals, you can get 
Candy Canes.
Collect enough and you can craft special holiday furniture.
Note: When you fulfill an animal's request, there's a chance that you may get candy canes as a reward. (Added 1/12/2017 at 9:30 a.m.)
If you complete Timed Goals, you can unlock special holiday clothing, too!

It's also a great time to visit Shovelstrike Quarry. Right now, you can collect Candy Canes when you enter!

- Holiday furniture can be crafted by selecting Craft, then selecting
. - Once the event ends, you will no longer be able to craft the special furniture for the event.
- If you start crafting event furniture before the end of the event, you will still be able to receive it even after the event has ended.
- Limited event furniture and clothing may become available again in the future.
