I don't know how to add items but I have noticed that there are quite a few of the more recent event items that haven't been added. For example:

cozy heated table cozy plum cushion actual-orange hat heartifact lamp heart face paint

I suggest leaving a message on Project talk:Community portal. While I manage the wiki, I don't have access to the game and thus don't have the details to add the items myself.
