Description
Creates an up or down arrow image that jumps to a portion of the page when clicked.
Usage
Top:
{{Jump To|Top}}
Jumps to the top of the page. Also creates an anchor for "{{Jump To|Bottom}}"
Bottom:
{{Jump To|Bottom}}
Only works if an anchor is set as "Bottom", "{{Jump To|Top}}" creates one automaticly. "{{Jump To|Here=Bottom}}" can also be used if a 'jump to top' button is unwanted.
Here:
{{Jump To|Here=NAME}}
Sets an anchor with id = NAME that can be jumped to.
Custom:
{{Jump To|NAME|DIRECTION}}
Creates an arrow image with DIRECTION "Up" or "Down" that jumps to an anchor with id = NAME.

Section titles "===title===" can also be jumped to, as they create anchors that the table-of-contents uses.
