This burgundy fur coat is correctly listed with dresses. Pocket Camp also lists this item as a dress. Players cannot wear skirts or pants with this item.
There are four other jackets from this collection that are listed as shirts in Pocket Camp and this Wiki needs to correct where they are listed.
I did not craft the light pink version of this jacket but I'm sure it's also a dress in Pocket Camp.
