Known Issue Related to the Fruit Party with Katie Event (May 10, 2018)

Thank you for playing the Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp game!

We have become aware of the following issue regarding the Fruit Party with Katie event, which began May 4, 2018 at 6:00 a.m. (UTC). This issue has already been resolved.


Details

There were some cases in which the reward "Leaf Ticket × 15" was not received after completing task 4-3.


Affected Players

Anyone who completed task 4-3 in the Zipper's Wonderland event, which ran from March 30, 2018 at 6:00 a.m. (UTC) to Apr. 9, 2018 at 5:59 a.m. (UTC).


All players will receive the following gift:

  • Leaf Ticket × 15

Availability: From May 11, 2018 at 6:00 a.m. (UTC) to June 11, 2018 at 5:59 a.m. (UTC)

Note: The gift must be collected from your mailbox during this time period.
