Thank you for playing the Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp game.

We have become aware of the following issue regarding Holiday Event Timed Goals.

Details

There were some cases in which an Event Challenge was not registered as cleared despite users meeting the requirements.

Time of Issue

Approximately from Nov. 30, 2017 at 6:00 a.m. UTC to Dec. 4, 2017 at 5:10 a.m. UTC

This issue has been resolved.

Affected players will receive the following gifts:

  • Leaf Ticket × 20
  • Request Ticket × 20

Availability: From Dec. 18, 2017 at 6:00 a.m. UTC to Jan. 18, 2018 at 5:59 a.m. UTC

Note: The gift must be collected from your mailbox during this time period.

Note: To clear Event Challenges that have not yet been cleared, you will need to fulfill the requirements again.

For the Event Challenges that require furniture, if you have the required furniture but the Event Challenge has not registered as cleared, you will be contacted via the in-game Notices, so please make sure to check there.
