Thank you for playing the Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp game!

We have an update regarding the issue some users are experiencing after updating to Version 2.1 (released on 1/30/19 at 9:00 a.m.), which causes Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp to crash frequently.

After investigating the issue, we have concluded that it stems from the game using more than the available usable RAM on certain devices.

We optimized the game with the release of Version 2.2 (released on 2/27/19 at 2:30 a.m.), but we have found that, despite these optimizations, the issue persists.

In order to completely fix this problem, a number of different optimizations need to be implemented, and this process may take some time.

When we have more information regarding this issue, we will send out a notification.
