Thank you for playing the Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp game!


We have recently received questions from users who have added a second floor to their camper, but who have become unsure how to access that floor since updating to version 2.0.0.


From version 2.0.0 on, you can use the following steps to access the second floor of your camper.


Accessing the 2nd Floor

1. Go into the first floor of your camper and approach the ladder on the side wall.

2. Tap and a finger icon should appear on the ladder.

3. Tap the ladder to go up to the second floor.


Note: Prior to version 2.0.0, a ladder icon appeared on the right side of the screen after entering the camper. This icon was removed for version 2.0.0.
